They didn't end up being on the same team but that's okay. They still got a quiet moment together today on third base.
And we were thankful that our second had no tears today. Last week spooked him a bit. But today he was determined to fight his fear and try again. He walked right up, made a great hit and ran the bases. Sometimes it's hard to know when to push and when to let them go but this time...it was the best thing to make him try again. If he wouldn't have tried, he wouldn't have made it home. Daddy was there to give him a high five.
Loving little league.
